Payment Terms

Payment for consultations is required at the time of booking via our secure online system.

Accepted payment methods include debit/credit card and online payment gateways linked through Cliniko and Squarespace. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.

Booking Policy

Consultations can be booked online via our website or directly through Cliniko. At the time of booking, a 50% deposit of the consultation fee is required to confirm your appointment.

This deposit secures your space and ensures time is allocated specifically for you. The remaining 50% will be charged after your consultation.

By proceeding with a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our cancellation policy. You will receive a confirmation email and reminders before your appointment.

Pricing Policy

Service pricing is listed clearly on our website and may change at any time without prior notice.

Any promotional or discounted rates apply only for the time specified and cannot be backdated.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate your respect for ours.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or changes made to appointments with more than 24 hours’ notice: Your 50% booking deposit may be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance: The 50% booking deposit is forfeited.

We understand emergencies happen and will take extenuating circumstances into consideration.

Appointment Changes

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your consultation via your booking confirmation link or by contacting us directly. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment result in 50% loss of the total consultation fee. If Nativ Naturopath must reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified promptly and offered a refund or new appointment time.

Client Intake Forms

All new clients are required to complete an intake form before their initial consultation. This form helps your practitioner understand your health history and tailor your treatment plan.

If your form is not submitted 24 hours before your appointment, it may need to be completed during your session, reducing consultation time.

Shipping Policy

At Nativ Naturopath, prescribed products and supplements are ordered directly through our trusted supplier partners to ensure quality, safety and authenticity.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $15 applies to all deliveries under $200

• Free Shipping: Orders over $200 are eligible for free standard delivery

• Express Shipping: If you need your medication sooner, express delivery is available for $20

Our suppliers aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days, provided all items are in stock and ready to ship.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you directly. This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey from dispatch through to delivery.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location, courier network and supplier stock availability.
